- The following are the conditions for refunds:
- If the tires have been mounted on the rims, they are considered used and cannot be returned.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition as received, and in the original or similar packaging. Products damaged due to failure to comply with these regulations are not eligible for return or refund.
- Claims for incorrect or missing items must be made within five days of receipt of the goods; this is considered the claim period.
- If a return is required, the return shipping and handling costs will be borne by the customer.
- Heavily discounted items or special order items, such as custom rims, are not eligible for refunds.
- We do not accept any cash on delivery returns.
- Core component refunds: Core components must be in like-new condition, without visible damage, scratches, or defects, and must be suitable for resale. If they do not meet these requirements, no refund will be issued.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
- After receiving your returned order, we will issue a refund to your original payment account within 3 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the processing speed of your credit card or bank, so it may take 2-7 business days for the refund to be credited.
Cancellation or modification requests for confirmed orders cannot be guaranteed.
